Impressionist style, 6"x12" Oil Painting on hard board.  We've heard all kinds of stories from people with really mean roosters.  But our guy, Captain Kirk, is such a great rooster!  He is handsome and protective, but never mean!  Roosters are so regal with their tall stature, fancy feathers, and confident demeanor.  I think it's what makes them so popular in art!
