The social art movement began way back in 2005, right after hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans. A couple of enterprising moms started things rolling by offering their battered community a fun, safe, and easily accessible activity where they could socialize and decompress.
As it turns out, people all over the county clearly needed a creative outlet! Here we are, some 18 years later with social art events still providing fun for people in all walks of life! At Art Party Unlimited, we've added our special take to the movement.

For those of you that are ready, we help you take your art to the next level! Real art workshops, lessons, and content, beyond the step-by-step guided paint class.
We strive to be the best of both worlds. That means we like to up the "social" aspect of things by making classes a blast. But we also want to emphasize the "art" in a special way. One of the greatest compliments that we hear is that ours was the first painting class someone has been to where they actually came away having not just had a good time, but also having learned a lot. That's just the way we like it!
